Announcement Update: Shipping / Processing Delays

Greetings from the RHDJapan team and thank you for checking the RHDJapan Blog. This post is to provide an update regarding order shipping and processing. As earlier noted in our blog we have been facing a backlog of orders in which we are not able to ship within our standard processing time from when the full order status is updated as Ready to Go. As of May 27 we expect to have ALL orders that have been pending with Ready to Go status dispatched by May 31. 

Any orders that originally had Expected Date information between May 25 ~ Jun 2 may face a delay in being checked in until June 3. As we transition to our improved office / warehouse facilities full shipping schedule will resume from June 6th with priority on orders with the earliest Expected Date information. All orders that are set to be fully Ready to Go by June 10th will be caught up with our standard quick shipping services. 

Please excuse the current inconveniences as we are making the moves to improve the RHDJapan services and customer experiences all around. Thank you once again for your understanding, cooperation and choosing RHDJapan with confidence. 



Announcement: Shipping / Processing Delays

Hello from the RHDJapan blog and crew. We wanted to provide a heads that we are just back from the Golden Week Holidays and there are a massive amount of products and orders coming in now. Frankly we are swamped, and on top of that we are short two warehouse staff members due to corona so there will be delays on everything going out. The warehouse has been shut down a couple days this week for renovation as we prepare for the transition to an improved warehouse. On top of this we must allocate staff to prepare and clear one full container load.
Current delay on shipping is approximately 5 days from Expected Date in account and 3 days in processing order for updates.

We are very sorry for these delays, we ask for your patience while we work through these issues. Just a heads up that sending more email asking for ETA updates will further delay our staff members from being able to check in and process the orders as we will have to spend time responding to those email requests too. Rest assured we are processing your ETA updates, orders and stock requests every day as fast as humanly possible, we still don't have robot staff (^_^).


Warehouse Rennovation May 16~17th
