Shipping Status & Schedule, National Holiday
Hello from the RHDJapan team. We would like to extend our sincere apologies for continual excessive delays from Ready to Go to Shipped Out status updates, in customer accounts. Our company standard is to have orders shipped out within 2 work days when Order Status is updated as Ready To Go in account. Shipped Out status includes tracking information updated into account.
Current leadtime for Ready to Go to Shipped out Status update is 4~5 days.
The good news is that we have been able to hire 2 more full-time members to the RHDJapan team. They will be focusing 100% in the warehouse to prepare orders for international shipment.
We expect to be fully caught up by Sept 22.

O-Bon Summer Holiday Schedule 2023
Hello from the RHDJapan team and blog. It’s just about that time of year again, mid Summer when companies all throughout Japan close down in observance of Obon.
The majority of manufacturers will be closed from August 12th to the 21th. Companies with a longer holiday include the OEM manufacturers and the Works companies. For made to order items of 4 weeks or more a 1 week delay in processing maybe applied, effective immediately.
The RHDJapan team will be off in observance of this holiday on the 11~16th, shipping and processing orders every other day of the week. Please feel free to use our new Stock Check feature for up to date availability information.
We apologize for any delays on your urgent items and will be working to process and ship out orders with utmost urgency. Wishing all a safe and enjoyable Summer Season in the northern hemisphere and a Wonderful Winter season in the Southern hemisphere.
National Holiday: Umi-No-Hi July 17
Greetings from the RHDJapan crew. Today the offices and warehouse will be closed in observance of National Holiday Umi-No-Hi (Marine/Ocean/Beach Day). Everything will be back to moving full speed from July 18, 09:00 JST~.
Announcement: Expanded Service through Japan POST EMS
Greetings from the RHDJapan blogspot. We are excited to announce another feature available through the Japan Post EMS. Like all express shipping services there are different country zone, weight range and type of goods that often determine the most cost effective method for shipping. One of the great benefits of EMS is that packages are shipped solely based off of physical weight. Although there are quite conservative size and weight limitations the option of physical weight can be much lower than the volume weight calculation that would be required via other services.
One demerit of the EMS service was the maximum value of order in which higher priced goods could not be handled via EMS. There is no longer a cap on value and this service will be provided as an option when available.
Discontinuation: Defi ADVANCE RS
Hello from the RHDJapan team in Osaka. We have received some information regarding an upcoming discontinuation on the Defi ADVANCE RS lineup. Please consider this as a heads up and last opportunity to pick up any of these items.
Once the available stock is sold the items will be removed from the NISMO catalogs and updated as discontinued on the RHDJapan website.
Happy New Year 2023 National Holiday Jan 9!
We would like to extend a warm welcome to 2023! This post is the official first welcoming and wishing for a Happy New Year for all!
As the country opens back up from the extensive Japan Holidays the RHDJapan offices and warehouse will be processing and updating order statuses continuously. ETA information in orders will remain as noted in order account however we expect to have an extra day required for updating tracking information as we catch up with the backlogged orders accumulated. The extra 1 day processing time will be required for the remainder of January. Please feel free to use the Contact Form / Help Desk for any further issues.
Despite just getting back to the offices the 9th will be another National Holiday in observance of Coming-to-Age day (成人の日). As this is another National Holiday the warehouse will not be in operation.
The RHDJapan team has grown significantly over the last couple years and have many enhancements coming this year. Despite the many speed bumps and growing pains our full time devoted team is to continually improve for next level customer satisfaction. In continual effort to bring the widest variety of select quality at the most competitive prices on top of an extra high level shopping interface. End of 2022 Shipping Schedule
Hello from the RHDJapan blog spot and Seasons Greetings to all!! As we now enter the last couple weeks of the year the RHDJapan team is working full boost to get as much orders out before we enter the Holiday Season.
The last shipping day for 2022 will be December 29 and shipping will resume on January 6, 2023.
With the processing time required we will not be able to guarantee shipment of orders placed from the 10th of December before the end of the year. If items purchased after the 10th are not on back order or made to order please allow for processing time until the end of the second week of January. Many orders placed after the 10th will still be shipped as we will be processing and shipping as quick and as much as possible. Please note that much more stock and leadtime information is included on the listings and all parts listed on the site can be checked individually for the most updated leadtime information.
In the meantime the RHDJapan website will be open and orders will continue to process and questions attended to. We look forward to the New Year and give lots of thanks to our most dearest customers across the Earth.
