An update from DHL on the previous suspension of B2C shipments over 800 USD:
"We are pleased to inform you that effective April 28th, 2025, the temporary suspension has been withdrawn and DHL Express has resumed the transport of B2C shipments addressed to private individuals in the U.S. where the declared value exceeded USD 800."

Notification: DHL Update for United States
DHL has provided an important update for shipments to the USA:
"Effective Monday, April 21st, 2025, and until further notice, we will temporarily suspend the collection and shipping of business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments to private individuals in the United States where the declared customs value exceeds USD 800.
Shipments – both B2B & B2C - with a declarable customs value below USD 800 are not affected by the suspension."
